# 省点时间 MCP 开放平台 (Shengdian MCP Open Platform)

- kgc.read: kgc read-only tools, free
- kgc.generate: kgc generation tools, billed to the user's credit balance
- ks.read: ks read tools (includes ks_precheck_content, which burns one AI call per invocation)
- ks.write.material: import/delete ks materials
- ks.publish: publish to the user's video accounts, and cancel scheduled tasks
- ks.write.settings: change auto-reply rules/switches, groups, notifications, monitor & hidden settings
- ks.write.content: manage published posts (visibility, pin, declaration, delete)
- kf.write: change 快发 settings, auto-reply tasks, monitors, leads, groups, notifications, devices
- offline_access: request it explicitly if you need a refresh token

- Publishing on douyin/kuaishou/xiaohongshu happens in the Kuaifa DESKTOP app, not this
  gateway. The Shengdian assistant can hand publish tasks to a co-located Kuaifa client
  when the user enables it there; API callers should treat kf.* as analytics-only.
- Needs scope kf.read and a linked Kuaifa account; no points, rate bucket kf:read 60/min.

## Guards -- 快工场 (kgc) only
- Balance precheck -> INSUFFICIENT_CREDITS
- Per-user daily spend cap per client (default 100 points) -> DAILY_LIMIT_EXCEEDED
- Two-phase confirmation for expensive calls that can be quoted (>= 50 points): first call returns CONFIRM_REQUIRED + confirm_token; retry same args + confirm_token within 5 minutes
- Optional idempotency_key argument on billed calls (48h replay window, no double charge). Keys longer than 64 chars are truncated.

## Guards -- 快视 (ks)
- No points at all. Cost is covered by the user's paid Kuaishi membership, so there is NO
  balance precheck, NO daily cap, NO CONFIRM_REQUIRED and NO 48h idempotency replay here.
- Eligibility: the unified account must have a linked ks account, and resource-consuming
  tools require a PAID membership. Free tier can call ks_whoami and query/cancel publish
  tasks only. Otherwise HTTP 403 (not a ks account / membership required).
- Rate limits per token, counted per BUCKET (tools share a bucket) -> RATE_LIMITED:
  ks:read 60/min, ks:material 20/min, ks:publish 10/min, ks:batchpublish 3/min, ks:precheck 10/10min
- ks_publish_video takes an idempotencyKey argument handled by the ks backend (not the
  gateway replay cache). ALWAYS send it: without it one network retry is a duplicate post.
- A user may own several ks accounts; one token represents exactly one. OAuth-issued
  credentials follow the preferred account set in the account centre; personal access
  tokens pin an account at creation and never follow. Call ks_whoami to find out which.

## Notes for agents
- Identity comes from the access token; org_id/user_id arguments are stripped.
- kgc async tools return task_id; poll with task_status.
- ks publishing is async too: ks_publish_video returns taskId; poll ks_get_publish_task.
  Scheduled posts can be cancelled with ks_cancel_publish_task before they go out.
- kgc publishing tools are not yet exposed. 快发 / 快客 lines are not open yet.
